Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room was a bit disappointing with torn towels, broken toilet door, and a non-working electrical socket making the stay uncomfortable. However, the room was clean and had no unpleasant odors. We had to cut short our stay due to the poor conditions.
The hotel rooms had a very IKEA-esque style with floor-to-ceiling cubby shelves that quadrupled the small surface space, but unfortunately, they were not soundproofed, resulting in constant noise from traffic, other guests, and even the lift. The room cleanliness was subpar with dirty towels and loud banging noises resembling water pipes for hours on end, making it challenging to rest well. The absence of a desk in the family room was inconvenient for keeping belongings and writing.
I couldn't stand staying there any longer due to the room issues, including the moldy smell and lack of soundproofing. However, the location is perfect for quick airport access and being close to the subway station. The dining experience was the worst with only overpriced Chinese food available, but staff was very helpful.
The hotel is conveniently located between the airport and the city center, making it a good choice for those looking to avoid congestion and have easy access to both. The rooms, although small and with some maintenance issues like torn towels and broken fixtures, are acceptable if you are coming in by cab. The service, while friendly, lacks efficiency and knowledge about local attractions. The dining options, though convenient, could be more diverse to cater to all tastes. Overall, a decent option for a short stay if you value location over room quality.
The hotel is conveniently located close to the subway with plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms were not up to standard, with issues like broken doors and dirty towels. Service was lacking with a unhelpful manager. The dining was overpriced for limited Chinese options. The facilities were average.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit dirty compared to other hotels, with torn towels and a broken toilet door, but the unique IKEA-esque style added a touch of charm. Service was a mixed bag; while some staff rushed and seemed uninterested, others went out of their way to help due to my challenging situation. The location was convenient, especially with the express line to the airport, but the ongoing renovation caused some congestion. The dining experience was below par with a language barrier, and more breakfast options would have been appreciated.
The hotel is a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms are clean, tidy, and neat, but the hotel overall seems a bit outdated. The service is friendly but lacks knowledge in certain areas. The location is convenient, being close to public transport options, but the dining experience and facilities fall short in terms of variety and quality.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, easy to find and close to public transportation, but the rooms were a bit disappointing due to cleanliness issues and lack of soundproofing. The service was average and depended on luck, while the dining experience left much to be desired. Overall, a mixed experience.
The hotel is conveniently located next to the Metro station 'Sanyuanqiao' and the Airport Express, with nice and friendly service but a slightly congested area due to renovations, near restaurants, a minimarket, and transportation options. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and very comfortable; however, the dining experience, offering mainly Chinese food at high prices, could be more diverse. The staff, although friendly, lacked knowledge about sightseeing and international languages. Bell staff/porter, dry cleaning, and tours/ticket assistance are available.
The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the subway station and with easy access to shopping and banking facilities. The rooms, although smaller than expected, lacked some basic amenities like a desk and had cleanliness issues. The service was subpar, with unhelpful staff and a lack of communication about important matters. The dining options were not extensive, and some essential items were missing. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's proximity to transportation and key areas is a significant advantage.
